WORK MODEL
Our working model is based on 7 pillars for the implementation of customized solutions, since each project, each user and each client has different needs that must be understood in order to design a suitable, comprehensive and long-term solution.
1. Analysis
In this stage, a joint analysis is carried out with the different work teams to understand the work model, the functions of each team member, their problems in the daily performance of their activities, the manual processes and the identification of dependencies with other activities and users, as well as the potential risks associated.

2. Solution Design
Based on the analysis performed, the next objective is to generate a functional and technical specification document—that is, the "project blueprints"—for review and approval by the various users involved in the project, and to make any necessary adjustments. At this stage, users will be able to design the tests to be performed when the solution is delivered, and we can provide support in designing these tests if required.

3. Time and Cost Estimation
Once the solution design is approved by the Client, an estimate of the effort required for the development and implementation of the solution, a project timeline and associated costs are prepared, in order to develop the work and economic proposal.

4. Development and Internal Testing
The solution is developed from the specification document generated in the previous stage and internal tests are carried out by our team prior to release to users.

5. Training
and Support
To familiarize users with the solution, a period of user training, configuration, and support for any questions that may arise is established. At this point, the Support phase begins and will continue until the project's completion.

6. Implementation and Testing
The solution is implemented with all users, and the user testing phase begins, during which they execute all the processes defined in the specification document and their test design. Any reported issues during this phase are addressed immediately by our team to ensure completion within the planned timeframe.

7. Liberation
Once the testing period of the delivered solution concludes and the users approve the delivered solution, the project is released so that they can begin to operate it normally in their daily processes.

8. Documentation
The next stage consists of generating and delivering the technical and functional documentation for the operation of the solution (user manuals, technical notes, technical manuals, process manuals, etc.).

9. Productive Support
From the start of operations with the delivered solution, the Support and Maintenance period for the solution begins, during which all questions, comments and incidents that may be reported with the delivered solution will be addressed.

10. New Requirements
Any new requirements beyond those defined in the original solution, or that arise after the release period and are not included in the original project, will be addressed through the same process, always seeking transparency in the development of new solutions and the agility of the processes.
